Lake Jasper is accessible by high clearance four-wheel drive vehicles only.

The campground features just three camp sites which can accommodate tents only. Vehicle parking is not immediately ajacent to tents, the car park is a short walk from the camp sites. Camper trailers, caravans, campervans and sleeping in vehicles are not permitted.

A picnic shelter, toilets, information and a canoe launch are located in the day use area.

NO CAMPFIRES or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time.

Campers´ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).

Bookings cannot be made. Go to ´Find available sites at other campgrounds´ for the latest information on availability. We cannot give any guarantee of availability of camp sites and we cannot respond to enquiries for specific availability information. Be prepared with an alternative place to stay in case there is no suitable site available.

Park entry fees apply to D´Entrecasteaux National Park.

 

Water activities

Visitors to Lake Jasper can enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing. Power craft and water skiing are not permitted and fishing is subject to with Department of Fisheries regulations.

Birdwatching

Lake Jasper has been recognised as one of the five most important wetlands for waterbirds in the south-west of WA, making it a birdwatchers delight.
